Description
SAN LORENZO – In one of the liveliest neighborhoods of Rome, precisely in Via di Porta Labicana, we offer for sale an apartment of 74 m2 in total, located on the fourth floor of a newly built building.
Consisting of: entrance, living room with kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony, external laundry area.
To complete the property: reserved parking space in the condominium garage, bike space and an equipped gym for the exclusive use of the condominiums.
The recent construction of the building guarantees high standards in terms of energy efficiency, sound insulation and quality of materials. The interiors have been designed with particular attention to the comfort and functionality of the spaces, combining contemporary design and fine finishes. The Porta Labicana Residences project is developed in three buildings of different heights, joined by a photovoltaic roof, placed at the top of a system of stairs and walkways in blue painted steel, which reflects an organic and cohesive design vision, in dialogue with the industrial heritage of the neighborhood. The distinctive elements of this post-industrial design include a light-coloured terracotta brick façade: a homogeneous, sober and material surface that ensures visual continuity with the context and enhances the openings and recesses of the loggias on the façades.
Thanks to the strategic position between the historic center and the Sapienza university area, well connected by trams, buses and the Termini and Tiburtina train stations, this solution represents an excellent opportunity both as a main residence and as an investment.

San Lorenzo is a historic and lively neighborhood of Rome, located immediately outside the Aurelian Walls, between Termini Station and the Verano cemetery. Born at the end of the 19th century as a popular and working-class area, it developed alongside the first industrial settlements in the capital and has maintained a strong identity over time, with a marked anti-fascist imprint and a long tradition of social commitment.
During the Second World War, San Lorenzo was the only Roman neighborhood heavily bombed by the Allies, on 19 July 1943: an event that profoundly marked the collective memory of the area. Today it is best known for its young and alternative atmosphere, thanks to its proximity to the University “La Sapienza”. Its streets, often covered with murals and graffiti, are animated by a dense network of clubs, bars, independent bookshops, cultural spaces and artisan workshops. While well-attended for nightlife, it still retains authentic traits of the popular past and a strong sense of community among historic residents.
San Lorenzo is therefore a neighborhood with many souls: popular and intellectual, historical and contemporary, lively but with silent corners, where memory, culture and urban ferment intertwine.
